Thousands of people around the world have watched this wonderful young girl come to the realisation that animals don't belong on plates.

5 year old Zada has just been told what a vegetarian is and she has made a teary pledge not to eat meat again. She says she will eat "anything on the table but not chicken or meat".

When asked why she won't eat animals she says, "they don't really like to be cooked in the oven". Zada has realised that to truly show her love for animals she can no longer have them on her plate.

Animals are highly intelligent and sensitive creatures, all with individual characteristics and traits. Chickens have been known to recognise up to one hundred faces. (I know my chickens recognise me when I bring them their breakfast every morning.) And pigs are known to wag their tails and rub against the legs of those around them when they are happy and relaxed.

Are you ready to follow in Zada's footsteps and take animals off your plate? Whether it's for one day a week, or for a lifetime, every meal makes a difference. And we've got tips and recipes to get you started. Order your free vegetarian starter kit today.
