Jared Leto cleaned up at the Oscars!

Not only did he win the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his role in 'Dallas Buyer's Club';

Ellen gave him the verbal award for best-looking;

"I'm not going to say who looks the most beautiful, but it's clear. It's Jared Leto. I mean, he's the prettiest. Boy is he pretty."

US Weekly named him one of the best dressed men at the Award Ceremony;

And MTV announced Leto the winner of the best Oscar's photobomb;

(I reckon this has got to be the runner up);

So what is the secret behind Leto's success, good looks, impeccable fashion sense and hilarious charm? Well, I don't know about the other three, but Leto credits his youthful beauty to sleep and a vegan diet. :)

"I'm pretty healthy so I think that helps a lot. I’ve been that way for a long time – 20 solid years of eating vegetarian/vegan and taking care of myself. That probably helps the preservation process."

There ya go, straight from the mouth of the 'sexiest 42 year old man alive.' As an added bonus, a plant based diet reduces your risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer. So you might just live longer as well! What's more, there's 100 other reasons to go veg – and they are all unique. P.S. Leto also has some pretty impressive vegan pancake flipping skills. Check it out:
