Blend 2 cups of hazelnuts (without shells)
Stir through 2 cups of powdered sugar, also known asa icing or confectionary sugar.
Add in 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of chosen oil and blend
