Yeah medication along with all other things like vaccines & antibiotics are all tested on animals. And most of the time is a requirement by law. Also, they're not only tested, but heaps of them contain animal derivatives. If you look on the link Soy posted, you can see the animal ingredients in some very common Vaccines.

I had all my vaccines as I was told to when I was young and I wasn't rebellious.
I have recently stopped taking the pill because I was wondering what exactly it was doing to me and I became really worried it would make it difficult for me to have a baby later in life.
Once I stopped I lost a few kilos and my breast size went down one, but I haven't had any weird mood swings like I usually get around that time of the month...
My doctor had asked previously if i considered taking a break from the pill. so if she even thought about it there must be something wrong with having it all the time.
My doctor is very "alternative" when compared to others and offers herbal and natural treatments before prescribing anything.

Unfortunately we live in a world that has been forced to rely on medications. I don't fancy any of them really, but it's none of my business what others choose to have. I'm sure you'll get some one saying that they condemn all drugs and vaccines, but then if they were to fly to a 3rd world country, no doubt they would load themselves with them...
