I've baked it in the oven after freezing, defrosting then marinating it.  I tried to make them into nuggets but apparently soymilk isn't that sticky - I'm adding some flour next time so the breadcrumbs stick better!

I also just cook chunks up in the fry pan then add some sauce, rice and vegies.  Or have it in a vegie stirfry.

That's all I've tried thus far, sorry!

Tofu is brilliant in that you can use any condiment/sauce to give it flavour. Experiment! happy

Its so good I just eat it by itself
On pizza
Vege kebabs - basically just sticks of vegies mmmmm
In stir fries
Grated into vege stroodle
Fried up by itself on the barbie - thats my fave way to have it happy

salt and pepper tofu!!! My absolute fave.

get firm silken tofu and cut into chunks.  Dip into cornflour that is well seasoned with salt and pepper and deep fry.

Not particularly healthy, but yummy with dipping sauce.

I also fry some garlic and chilli slices and sprinkle over the top... yummo!

Make a smoothie with some bananas, soy/rice milk, strawberries and silken tofu.
You can't taste the tofu at all, it gives the smoothie an awesome texture.
