scrambled tofu
mac, cheese and tofu
south western bbq tofu
all are amazing.
get a cook book called "the veganomicon" and you will never have any problems with cooking tofu or any vege for that matter again. has step by step ways of cooking pretty much everything to perfection.
I cut my tofu into small cubes, roll it in sticky soy sauce, then coat it in sesame seeds, and then shallow fry it in the pan until it's crunchy.. AMAZING!
I also really like pumpkin spinach and tofu sausage rolls.
Fry up grated pumpkin, onion, garlic, mushroom, spinach until soft, then mix in some mashed up soft tofu, herbs, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast (Basically a mock ricotta cheese)
Then put it in some puff pastry, and wrap up like a sausage roll, cook in the oven till golden. AMAZING!

oh it's delicious!! Most health shops stock it, I use the lotus brand one, they call them 'savory yeast flakes' just incase you come across them and are a bit iffy since they're not called nutritional yeast flakes
