So, in the spirit of having some more general discussion.. talk about all things music in here...
eg. going to see your favourite band on the weekend, favourite record store, best up and comers, sweet new guitar you bought.

I bought this ( http://i1.ebayimg.com/03/i/001/49/d8/e086_1.JPG ) little 4 track last week, and am looking forward to being able to layer guitars over myself and write bad bedroom music!

general discussion? oo-err okay, well I dont play intruments anymore, but I do play the ipod happy
End of Fashion and British India are the fairest going round these days, but thats my opinion. Theyre both aussie too happy

Bloc Party, too (UK). and of course The Killers (US). and Little Birdie.

I'd say Muse and Radiohead are pretty much the greatest these days. But that's just my two cents.

and it sounds awesome!

haha, was more saying the quality of the songs, not the recording. I've heard Gotye's home studio equipment is better then most studios actually haha. The guy is a massive (and awesome) nerd.

anyways, listening to:
the diamond sea (from melb. http://www.myspace.com/slowsignal )
lemuria (somewhere in the u.s)
tegan & sara (canada i think? meh. just soulseeked that last album the other day)

i'm a sucker for female vocals at the moment! so so good!

ah has anyone heard the song by John Feldman (from Goldfinger) called "Free Me"?
He wrote it for peta, it's about animal cruelty.
Pretty powerful stuff.

Here's some linkage: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1ToKPdunDs

If you're into your hardcore like me check out Shinto Kintana's song Sheltered expressing their beliefs about Animal Cruelty. Also Antagonist Show Some Heart (Go Vegan) one of my faves which ..well obviously is about animal rights ecstatic

Silverstein have also shown their support and ofcourse the loved Kisschasy

I think Unleashed should do more interviews on up rising bands who have opinions and express their views about animal cruelty just to get more teens motivated.
