breakfast wholegrain cereals are pretty good just watch out for honey in the ingredients
or toast with juice

lunch i usually only have time to make a sandwich or toast but you can get seed breads if your worried about nutrients and stuff i spose plus its extra yummy
if you have time the possibilities are endless
or even wip up a quick salad with sprouts and pinenuts chuck in some beans or tofu

dinner is pretty simple even lazy meals can have great stuff if your unsure look at vegan blogs or get a good vegan cook book. or recipe sites google is a useful tool happy

good luck with it all

My number one brekky is toasted muesli.  Find a place where you can essentially 'make your own' - the place I go to has a 'muesli wall' and you byo container and just fill it up with different oats, bran, fruits, seeds, nuts etc.  However - if you can't do that, there are some pretty good ones from Coles/Woolies (just watch out for honey!)

I normally just have a sandwich for lunch - but that's because I'm boring.

Dinner - well, tonight I'm having tofu, vege and noodle stir-fry in satay sauce.  Last night we had pasta and vege ragout.  It depends a lot on what we feel like and what we've got in the cupboard!  As long as you get a good mix of veges, pulses and beans, you should be pretty much right.

ETA: Good luck, and congratulations.

Plus; my personal favourite vegan blog is: http://vegandad.blogspot.com/

There's some greta blogs out there... fatfreevegan is one of my favourites.

But the best thing I think to start off with is www.veganeasy.org
There's a 30 day menu - Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mostly pretty easy stuff too.

www.veganeasy.org is so good!
www.theppk.com is also a great cooking site

Vegan blogs are the easiest way to start.

Welcome to the 'crew', haha. Seriously though, look after your health and you will love the benefits of being a vegan!

The best thing about veganism is the help that you can get from places like this forum.  peace

It isn't that big of a step for you then.

Soy and rice milks are easily available (So Good rice milk is my latest fave, cant seem to find Rice Dream anywhere). A lot of Soy and Rice milks have B12 added now. If you are worried about cows milk being 'the only source of calcium'... Eat your leafy greens (brocolli, kale, etc) and you'll be fine. Majority of people consume way too much calcium anyways.
Almonds are also an awesome calcium source, plus they taste so good!!

Cheese and butterfat is bad for your health anyways. So ditching them is doing your body a favour.

Eggs are horrible. They make me sick just thinking about what they are... ughhh

If I ever want a 'bacon and eggs' style breakfast, I always go for fried mushroom, onion, garlic and spinach on toast with some hash browns on the side.

Best
breakfast

EVER!
