I got inspired to experiment with dessert pizzas a while ago. This is one of my favourites:
Cook the base first without the toppings.
Then spread on tofutti cream cheese mixed with little maple syrup.
Then add peach or nectarine slices and walnuts on top, with maple syrup drizzled over it all.
Then serve with vanilla ice cream.
Wow *jawdrop*
Sounds freaking awesome!
tofutti cheese, baby spinach, onion, potato and cashews!!!!
oh i like it with satay sauce yum!

since when do italians put pineapple on pizza? I thought that was sacrilegious!!
tomato, oregano and lots of garlic for me...

since when do italians put pineapple on pizza? I thought that was sacrilegious!!
tomato, oregano and lots of garlic for me...
i'm not your typical italian! i like my pizza to be a bit quirky
