I hear you... I'm doing a writing course, and every time we workshop a piece of our own writing we have to read it in front of the entire class, and every person gives you positive and negative feedback on it. It's one of the worst things in the world to have to do D:

I wouldn't call it a phobia as such, I just get really anxious when there's no water around, e.g. a bottle of water in easy reach just in case. it's strange :S

Babies.......which has the most unfortunate name....paedophobia

I also have some serious social anxieties, although not diagnosed as a phobia, have certainly caused me to become more and more withdrawn from people.

Heights and public speaking. I wouldn't call it a phobia, but I have "escalator issues." If I'm not feeling 100% right, I can't go down one. And the steeper they are, the more reluctant I am. Descending at Parliament station is a lifts-only operation!ashamed2

The ones without steps aren't a problem, though.
