Heights and public speaking. I wouldn't call it a phobia, but I have "escalator issues." If I'm not feeling 100% right, I can't go down one. And the steeper they are, the more reluctant I am. Descending at Parliament station is a lifts-only operation!
I don't know if it's a phobia, but I am terrified of mirrors! I can't go into a room that has one in it unless I turn on the light, and I have a special cover for the mirror in my room otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
Social phobia.
Massive panic attacks when I'm out; feel like I'm going to pee myself; troubling breathing; uncontrollable shaking/sweating.
Claustrophobia.
Similar systems to my social phobia but has specific triggers. I can be in a small room fine if I'm alone but if I'm on a crowded bus it's Hell.
Dentists/Optometrists.
Same systems again.
Cars.
I can't travel in cars without taking something to relax me as well as having music/book/hand held game to distract me otherwise I have a panic attack.
Planes.
WORST PANIC ATTACKS. Same symptoms as the other but turned up 150 notches.
Dogs (only large ones).
I don't know why but I have panic attacks.
Heights (specifically buildings)
When I stay in hotels it has to be the bottom floor otherwise I get vertigo and violently ill.
Yes; I have quite a few phobias but I'm working on it.
