I just made a horrible discovery... Turns out the toothpaste i use is apparently tested on animals. Anyone know where I can buy non-animal-tested toothpaste? Cause I don't know if my supermarket would sell it... and what brands do you use?

supermarkets should stock cruelty-free toothpaste.

if the one near you doesnt, then practically ALL organic & health food stores stock them. The taste takes a little time to become used to.

Red Seal, Natural or Herb Fresh toothpaste. Will be in your supermarket/organic shop.

if you go to ataac.org (australian teens against animal cruelty), and watch their video on the homepage, they show you lots vegan friendly products you can find at the suprmarket - including toothpastes. I think there were about 2 or 3 brands that were fine.

I usually use Red Seal Smokers. Not that I smoke but I love the mintiness that most natural ones don't have. I've only ever seen the Smokers or Natural ones. You can buy them at Priceline or online www.thexton.com.au

You can buy Naytura at Woolies.

The best toothpaste in my opinion is Vicco

http://www.viccolabs.com/vicco/Products.aspx?ProdNo=M7

It's free of animal ingredients and no animal testing. You should find it at any decent health food shop. Also the cruelty free shop sells it too!

I buy the Woolies brand toothpaste... it's herbal and has no animal content or testing! Your local Woolies should stock their own brand happy
