Thanks for the link! I know there are some physical RSPCA stores as well. I remember when I went to Katoomba, NSW there was one in the main street and we bought our dogs collars and name tags.
There is an op shop where I live, and the money they raise goes towards helping people on a low incomes to get their dogs desexed. http://www.hunteranimalwatch.com.au/index.htm
They also sell heaps of second hand pet supplies. Mum bought our puppy 2 leads and a collar for like $3
