sad I'm so sorry to hear that, poor Mr Fox. I thought the owners said you could keep him?

The owners didn't know we had him. We just assumed that after two weeks with him they didn't want him. I'll have to go back for him, life in a cage is no life for a dog.

I'm so mad, he loved it here so much. After such a horrible life he was finally happy. sad

So their dog was gone for 2 weeks and they didn't go looking for it or anything? That just shows how much they care about him.
I really hope you get Mr. Fox back, no animal deserves to live in a cage.
How are you going to get him back?

He came back by himself earlier today. After 2, almost 3, weeks of him being with us, they're suddenly very keen to get him. They lost him once and came to our door, but he wasn't here. Then they came back later, and said he jumped out of a taxi and ran in our direction. We hid him, and said we hadn't seen him. Then about an hour later they were back again. I have no idea why they're so desperate to get him, or where they were taking him in a taxi...

When my dad passed away, me and my family got really really close with my best friends family- because a week after my dad passed away, my best friends dad left them for another family- and got re-married.. My best friends mum has been a mum to me for 6 years.. I lived with her, she supported me through so much in my life, and she's been diagnosed with a serious form of breast cancer, it's spread from her breast a bit- and she's getting her breast removed next week, and then will have to have chemo therapy.. My dad and nonno passed of cancer, and I hope she can be strong.. Because she's basically my mum.. When my mum kicked me out numerous time, even though her and mum were best friends, she'd always stick up for me and let me live with her.. She always took my side through everything sad aaaaaaaahhh!

Had my first day working at the wildlife sanctuary. The word 'meat' now has an even more horrible meaning.

I was standing in the front yard playing with the dogs when a hawk chased a crested pigeon into a tree. The pigeon fell to the ground and lost nearly all of its flight feathers. I wasn't sure if I should interfere with nature...but the poor pigeon was sitting on the ground in shock so I couldn't help but go and get it before the hawk got it.
It was funny though that all these little birds like willy wag tails started chasing the hawk away lol. It could have easily eaten them.
*Fingers crossed* that it survives the night!
