Yep, I was about to watch it with him and then he started the racist thing. He just can't go without judging someone or being negative in every step of life. I go back friday. Not to long now and at least my nanas a little bit nicer to hang out with

Some people in a separate racial group do something they don't like, so they blame that entire racial group. For this reason, I didn't watch the turtle thing with them. And I never discuss whaling with them!
Wow, don't mess with apostle birds. My dog just bit one. Guess what happened? He got ganged up on by the whole flock of apostles, and is now to scared to go near them. They also won't let him near the chook yard gate.
Had to pick the injured bird up (luckily the birds trust us, we feed them seed) and put it in the chook yard where the dogs can't get to. Doesn't look broken, the bird can still fly, just not far, but getting better.
Pretty proud of the flock though, taught him a lesson!
Ergh. Friends on facebook talking about their toad dissections >! Someone even posted a photo of one, with all guts visible on the underbelly, smiling and posing next to it!

I saw this last night on the news as well! I was quite angry as well and I felt really empty when they said Jotilla had been destroyed ( I really wish my news channel would use a different word). I hope that this year a ban is placed on jumps racing down here - I hate having to hear it on the news.
