If he really wants meat at home, get him a pie or sausage roll and chuck it in the oven, you dont cook meat, he still gets to eat it, plus he can still have other vego food with it, and it'll be easy for him to do if you want to make him do it  happy
I have to be honest - I wouldn't even do this.  For multiple reasons:
1. I think it suggests that I would (hypothetically) be okay with my partner consuming meat.  Which, honestly, I'm not.  At least I wasn't when my husband was a meat eater.
2. I feel that it would be compromising my own ethical/moral position.
3. The majority of things like this are BAD for you.  I want to be feeding my partner good wholesome, whole foods.  Not over-processed, fatty, grossnesses.

As I said before.  If he wants it, he can learn how to cook it.  If not, he can stop complaining.
(This was the tact I took with my husband when we first started dating, and through various discussions etc. he decided to become vegetarian - win!)

My ex was omni and I never cooked meat for him. I'd plan and prepare meals and he'd cook his own meat and add to it.

If your bf wants meat he can learn to cook it himself. Be strong and don't do something you're not comfortable with peace

you could also try and explore fake mock meats? there really nice and surely your bf would enjoy that, just dont tell him until after he has eaten it. that might satisify his meat meals..
