I have have friends find some pretty nice dresses on Ebay, so might be worth having a look?
What type of dress do you have in mind? Is there a reason it has to be online?

If your budget is $600 it's probably better to go to a store and try on the dresses yourself. If you get something from online, there's a chance that it may not fit.
