I wouldn't go by Wikipedia as a sound information source personally.

Is it okay to not wash vegatbles you grow yourself if you don't use pestisides and you use manure? Because then there would be some vB12 maybe on the surface of the vegatbles.
There would be a very small amount of b12 on there, not enough to be useful though unfortunately, I read somewhere you would likely need to eat something like a litre of dirt to get a decent amount of b12...  It's safe to eat unwashed organic veggies grown in manure though provided the manure has been composted and is not fresh of course. Dog and cat manure however can have tapeworms and nasty stuff like that in there though so its best to wash hehe, also the manure will have traces of whatever the animal ate - so if the manure is from a non organic farm or the animal grazed on fertilised or pesticide treated grass or feedstock then those chems will likely be in the soil as well.

I have a creek down the road from where I live so if it is true about the b12, Is it safe to drink the water (its run off from the mountains so I think its clean) and would it be a good idea to start drinking it?
If it's got a good flow its unlikely to have much dangerous bacteria in it so you could probably drink without too much risk, only problem is whether up the line there is runoff from any agriculture which may leave pesticide and fertiliser residue and that case the nitrogen levels will increase algae and bad bacteria. Its hard to find any 100% clean water these day... although how that weighs up against the chlorine and fluoride in town/city water I don't know. Not worth risking it though since there is no data yet on whether there is actually a significant amount of b12 in there, and its safely available from other sources anyway!
Ahk yea I wouldn't want to drink the water anyways. Im pretty sure it'd be safe though, I'm far enough up the mountain and all the farming is way further down the creek. Its pretty much where my tap water comes from anyways, just a bit further up.

It's all good, I'm wasn't saying your incorrect just that I wouldn't use Wiki as a reference point.

I'm terrible with remembering supplements, I only take them maybe 1/3 of the time.  I like to think spacing out my intake is more aligned to how nature intended it happy
