if man/women didn't eat vegetables/fruits/grains/etc in the beginning of time, would we have survived or would we have been the animals food?

We didn't eat animals in the beginning of time. Raw meat can kill us you know? We are physiologically very similar to herbivores, not carnivores.

you could ask the same for other omnivores.
If all birds were herbivorous would they have survived?  Maybe.
maybe they would have evolved differently.
But many humans wouldnt have survive without meat, I imagine most humans.
But especially Eskimos and Aboriginals who didnt live amongst abundant plant life.

Today, both meat and plant diets are far from natural.

the beginning of time? when was that?
of course we ate meat. We most likely had a similar diet to our primates.
We are scientifically classed as  omnivorous. Meat is natural to our diet.
Luckily we can be perfectly healthy on a vegan diet.

Allot of vegans will also say dogs/ canines are omnivorous, not carnivores.  Basically whatever suits us, we say, it doesn't help our cause.
