The newest strain of myxomototsis apparently makes the rabbits infertile as well as makes them die a horrible death. I don't understand why it can't just make them infertile.
A lot of rabbits are already immune to the virus anyway, hence why they need to frequently bring out new strains of the virus. So I don't understand why desexed domestic rabbits can't get the vaccine :/
Has there been any progress made on this issue at all?
