TO ALL- I must confess. My hubby and I stumbled across your forum 2 wks ago and joined up for a laugh (yes, at your expense) We will leave you in peace now, as what started as fun has started hurting people, which was not our intention. Sorry to ALL of you we offended, especially Dorit who seems So nice. We really are good people, and this was a silly bit of (what should have been) harmless fun. Truly sorry for offending you all. And truly goodbye.
This just makes me sad.  What kind of person (people?) ever thinks that having a laugh at someon else's expense is okay?  And, purposely seeking out a situation where you can do so is just horrible.  And, it's textbook bullying.
I hope that you have learned something from this, B&S - if not for you, then at least so your kids don't grow up thinking that it's okay to treat people this way.

ETA: Just read your message to me B&S - thank you for your congratulations.  Trust me when I say that there is nothing that I would do to intentionally harm my child - as you with your own.  I believe that raising my children vegan is the right thing, and I have put a lot of thought and effort into making sure that I am eating right, exercising, doing all the right things.  And, it's not 'harmless fun' - it's bullying.  You're just lucky that I'm a pretty strong person.

I know. It got out of hand. I didn't set out to intentionally upset or hurt anyone, but now- I've been mean to a pregnant lady!! That's not me at all! I'm the lady that stops pregnant women in shops to tell them how gorgeous they look. This stops now. I know your doing what you thinks best for your bub. We all do. Its the most important job you'll ever do, raising your baby. Good luck, and enjoy your (peaceful) forum! Sorry again to you all. I sign off now for the last time. Take care. X

Well, I had quite a lot to say but I missed the discussion last night (dammit)! I don't want to start up an argument (though  Bubble & Squeak said she has left, you never know) so I'll keep things to myself, and store them away in case another person comes along and aggravate us!
At least for now we can be left in peace and not have to deal with people arguing and insulting us all the time.  happy

Oh I cant wait until the time your kids get bullied for being different for some reason. Especially cyber bulling and you will try to consolidate them but know in your heart you were just as bad as their bullies.

Apology not accepted. Seriously, you have KIDS and you behave this way? Shame Shame Shame!

EJay, TRY to grow a brain before the baby comes love. Seriously. Just another poor misguided child coming into our world. Oh dear.
Another poor, misguided, open-minded, compassionate child for the world. Oh bother.

Okay, I know I'm a little late the party here, but what kind of couple sit on a computer prowling for forums on topics that they disagree with, join them, and proceed to post utter quantities of absolute garbage? Get out of the house a bit for goodness sake. A bit of fresh air might do you good.

EJay, congratulations on your baby. I hope you read my ''msg to ALL''. It was a laugh for us in the beginning to see hoe passionate you guys are, but it got out of hand. I'm a nice lady, and can't go to sleep knowing I've spoken so rudely to a pregnant lady. Pregnant women are beautiful. Good luck with bubby. I have 2, and they are the sunshine of my life. I live for them, and there is no greater joy than being a Mum. All the best.

The thread is called: Bringing up Vegan Children.

If you weren't expecting at least one Vegan mother to be on this forum, you're an idiot. Assuming you aren't completely mentally inept (you can use a keyboard quite well it seems), you came here and said some pretty insulting things to some good people. I wouldn't want my children to be raised by somebody who would do this. Start respecting all people regardless of their condition, or their choices. Just because someone is pregnant, doesn't give you an excuse to insult those of us who are not. Rethink your attitude, lest your children face the same fate as you some day.

More evidence for my "The government imbues meat with psychosis inducing hallucinogens in order to pacify and coordinate an army of closed minded drones" theory.

I have found this site to be pretty helpful when it comes to nutrition and there is a downloadable guide to bringing up babies and children vegan which might have more to add to the subject.

AndrewF, cows have been milked forever!!! That's what cows are for!!! They ENJOY being milked, and actually feel discomfort when NOT milked regularly! How can someone as selfish as me properly raise a child you ask? Ya know what??? Go F**k Yaself.
Wow I'm sure your children would be proud of their mother that goes around attacking people (backed with no facts at all & with such finesse as telling people to Go f*ck themselves) for trying to make the world a better place for their children.

The affects on the earth from meat eating are clear and disastrous, if anything, Ejay is trying to take care of the earth that her children will inherit! What are you doing for your kids? Teaching them unhealthy, unsustainable habits? Nice work. Maybe spend more time guiding your kids and less time attacking people you don't even know about topics you know nothing about on public forums.
