I'm currently doing an undergraduate degree in Psychology & Psychophysiology. I graduate from that next year then I plan to do Honours in Psychology and proceed to a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology. As far as actual career, I'm interested in eating disorders, alcohol & drug abuse, and criminal rehabilitation.

I'm in my late 20s and I have two degrees - a bachelor of science with honours in psychology, and a masters in clinical psychology. Since finishing uni I worked counselling children & families, teenagers and young adults. Then I had a baby and had some time off. Now I am back at work 3 days a week. I work at a university on a research project looking at memory decline in old age and what factors might indicate someone will develop dementia. I really love working with older people and I am learning so much from them.

As for goals, I'm not too sure. I think at some stage I will go back to counselling/therapy but not sure what specific area. I did enjoy working with youth but I also like the elderly so maybe a mix!

Good on you Aimee, drug and alcohol work is hard but there always seem to be plenty of jobs in that field.

And to the original poster - I love your goals and enthusiasm!! I hope you achieve what you aim to!  clap

I'm currently in my 3rd year of Environmental Science at UNSW. It's a fantastic degree, really flexible and we cover topics such as environmental law, economics and conservation. One of the reasons i picked the degree was to show the link between factory farms and environmental degrdation, further supporting reasons for people to go veg.

I do mostly plant and environment subjects as a got a bit grossed out by anything to do dissection, but i did oppose a dissection in first year on ethical grounds, which was taken to the head of the school which was really cool  clap

But when i graduate, im still not sure. maybe work in climate change issues? I'm doing honours next year, so we'll se where that takes me.  innocent
You bastard! I wanted to get into that course xD

I'm in year 9 and I honestly am having a difficult time deciding I want to do when I'm older, because once I finish school I want to get into a career/job straight away.
I'm thinking of either an Author, an animal welfare officer, a piercer or a gay rights activist.
I'd probaly be writing novels in my spare time or doing piercing, but it's either the animal welfare officer or gay rights activist I really want to focus on. happy

I want to be an animator when I grow up. I think I'd really enjoy it
I've always loved to draw, but now I'm into making animations (kinda the same thing lol)
Sooooo, when I'm older I am going to make a full animated film, and get lot's of money (if it's good) Then I'm going to donate to charities.

My family supports me, no matter what I draw. Some of my uncles and aunties give me idea's.

Although some family members hate my drawings and animations. *wink* * wink* Sonic and anime rule z!   laugh
