I have emailed from all of my email addresses asking the same thing, I've asked friends and family to do the same, no one has gotten as response, and I've only received the first one I quoted here, nothing to my follow up email.
i just sent them an email as i googled this question today and was glad to know that there was already a topic on this
ill let you guys know if i get a reply

The ingredients for the toppings are all vegan (at a glance, I was in a rush) but they hadn't provided him with ingredients for the powdered things or the syrups at all.

Spoke to my lawyer-y boss and he said that the laws for foods are always changing and that he'd make some inquiries over the weekend...
Why can't doing the right thing be simple?
