I have emailed from all of my email addresses asking the same thing, I've asked friends and family to do the same, no one has gotten as response, and I've only received the first one I quoted here, nothing to my follow up email.

they said it was all vegetarian so I think it's safe to assume the jellies are made from agar like many other asian jellies (yay)

Still no follow up from their head office, but I pressed the manager here for answers and he produced all that his head office had given him (and he made it sound like they wouldn't even give it to the stores routinely)
The ingredients for the toppings are all vegan (at a glance, I was in a rush) but they hadn't provided him with ingredients for the powdered things or the syrups at all.
The managers "excuse" for it was that they were a young company, they'd only been in Australia since 1992... 1992?! It's 2011!!!
Spoke to my lawyer-y boss and he said that the laws for foods are always changing and that he'd make some inquiries over the weekend...
Why can't doing the right thing be simple?

Yeah, she told me everything was vegetarian too, when I had asked if it was vegan.
I will quite literally be sick if I have milk products, but I want to try the other "milky" teas
