Melting Mozzarella Cheese Recipe

Great! I made that last night for my mum and brother and he didn't realize either, it was great
Apparently he didn't realize the last 3 dinners in a row were meat free.

Ok, all this praise.. I'm going to give some more of your recipes a go now so I can join in. Also.. omni bf is a cheese FREAK. So I'm going to try your cheese and see if that satisfies him, that is very exciting!!! Will post back how it goes, probably in a few days.

Just looked over the shepherds pie recipe. Puff pastry. Omni bf will LOVE it. And lentils.. IIIIII will love it. Can't wait!

How similar is it to dairy mozzarella, taste wise?

Think I'm going to have to make this. My veg boyfriend was pretty much drooling over the thai peanut pizza on your blog, and I promised to make him it as soon as I found some good vegan cheese ^^

I wouldn't say it tastes completely like dairy mozzarella. It has a unique taste of its own... difficult to describe. It's like garlicy cheese... If you like garlic, it's a winner!

The thai peanut pizza goes okay without cheese too, I put hardly any of it on mine! I need to make that pizza again... It was tasty :p
