Birds kept in terrible conditions... farm meeting current welfare codes... hmm.  Goodwork though ALV for getting national coverage of this, hopefully something becomes of it by further scrutiny of at least this place and more broadly the farming practice codes in general

So proud of them!!!

"Brian Ahmed from the Victorian Farmers' Federation said the farm adhered to all requirements and welfare standards."

That's part of the problem!! SIGH.

"Police charged the group with trespass and they will appear at Moorabbin Court"

so why werent the immigrants on the roof at marribynong charged and prosecuted?
I'm surprised they havent been tasered and dragged off.
Hopefully there is a good public reaction to this

I think that this is a bit different.

A big thanks to all of those who participated in this demonstration. It certainly takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there like that.

Protest like the rest of us, legally. You didn't see gun owners chaining themselves up around the buildings where firearms were being destroyed did you?

this is a little bit different, guns are an inanimate object , often used to cause harm to animals or humans, these are living, breathing animals living in cages so cramped they can barely move.
Plus i wont be taking anyone with the name shooter seriously any time soon.

You're really comparing guns to living breathing beings...
