7.        Do you prefer a mixed breed animal or pure breed animal? - doesnt bother me - majority of my animals are mixed, but i have a few pure breds, but it doesnt matter

9.        Does your pet sleep with you in your bed? - my pig use to, when he was a piglet and so did my lamb and my old rabbit but at the moment ,i sleep by my self, but my rats are in my room

8.        Do you ever dress your pet? My current dog loves wearing a bandana after he get professionally groomed. He wore jumpers when he was a puppy too, since he was so small.

I have no preference, they all deserve our respect

To cuddle, probably fluffy, I can appreciate scaly from a distance

a dog and as a child rabbits and birds, I wont keep birds as pets again

They can be as lazy or as active as they like, I do enjoy playing with them though so its is nice when they move around

6.        How much would you be willing to pay for?
However much it cost to save them, I paid 500 for a litter of puppies and their mother and gave all the pups to friends and family and kept one for myself and the mum.  Im bottle feeding a kitten and just spent 300 at the vet to keep her alive, so whatever it takes.

Dont care, I get annoyed when people get paticular about pure breeds, someone had a bumper sticker that said "perfect pure breeds make perfect pets" and that made my blood boil, there is nothing wrong with either of my dogs or cats and I have no idea what some of them are.

Coats for two when its cold, but Im not a crazy dog dresser. (I may have put my dog in a dress when I was 8 however..)


9.        Does your pet sleep with you in your bed?
No way.  they sleep inside if its cold or hot and if they want to, but on my bed is crazy all 6 of them would spend the whole night playing, I know because i did try it out once.

they eat at the same time in the laundry and outside and try to come to me for seconds

The dogs yes, cats no

In theory I would pay what ever was required for an animal, it would depend on the circumstances and how desperate it was for a new home. Such as, I wouldn't go pay $800 at a breeders place, even though those poor dogs need to be in a new home, I would however pay $800+ in medical expenses straight up for an animal I rescued. Sorry I know I am probably not really answering your question, but specifically going out to a pet shop or a breeder and paying for an animal leaves a bad feeling in me, like they are our property, not to mention all the puppy farming issues. My kids are ones that I have rescued from work and that will always be how I will adopt new animals.

Do not care. They are all of equal value in my eyes.

One of my dogs has "jammies", but that is because I clip them and they need a coat to keep warm. One loves his jammies, the other two don't like them so much, but they're always under the covers with me, and the heater is always going anyway, so they don't really need them so I don't force the two to wear that don't like them. And I will fess up, in the past I have loved buying them new and pretty coats.

Where else would it sleep? That is a yes by the way, hehe.

No, they get their dinner/breakfast time and then we have ours.

I used to travel a lot with my oldest dog, but over the last few years A: There is no way I could put him on a plane ever again. B: I generally don't go on holidays any more because I won't leave my kids and if they come with me, it still has to be within travelling distance to our vets, because I will not put my pet in a situation where there is a medical emergency with him/her and we have to go to some random vet, because there are dodgy ones out there and I don't want one of them being my only option when my dog goes into heart failure or whatever.

if I go on holidays they are looked after at home, but my cat has travelled across the country with me, I could never surrender her.
