Crush appears to be well known amongst offenders, sick individuals and animal activists however society itself is not very aware that such horrific acts occur.
If anyone is unfamiliar with crush, this is a description obtained from the Stop Crush Organisation from this page,
http://www.stopcrush.org/?page_id=2.
'Animal crush videos feature small live animals, such as kittens, puppies, mice and bunnies being slowly tortured in the most horrific ways imaginable. They are burned alive, cut with pruning sheers, nailed to the floor, skinned alive, beaten, stabbed and/or have their limbs broken.
All of these videos share a common theme, the animals are incrementally crushed by a woman in high heels. Most people view these materials for sexual gratification, but they are becoming increasingly popular just for their shock value, alone. The animal crush interest is an atypical sexual arousal toward the the horrific torture and distress of another life.
The sick, twisted, prurient animal crush industry has become increasingly popular all over the world and will continue to escalate the degradation of our society if nothing is done to stop these sadistic killers. ' (Stop Crush Organisation, 25th February 2008)
I initially became aware of crush in early January this year, I do not remember how but I was unable to sleep or eat, I even physically injured myself with anger that I could not do very much. I was beyond traumatised and needed treatment from doctors, and I have not even watched one of these videos.. It was not only from reading stories and seeing a few images.
I created this topic to alert people who are unfamiliar with such issues to be aware so that everyone can work together and do their best to try and put an end to this cruelty! People need to be aware of this, it has to be stopped before it grows even larger in popularity!
How does everyone think crush issues could be stopped? Does anyone have any ideas?
And and, please proceed with caution if you look further into crush, it traumatised me to the point of hospitalisation.
