When it is released it will be available at online retailers such as the cruelty free shop, radical grocery store etc.
So even if it's not available locally people can still order it online happy

I hope so happy
I also hope since it is produced in Australia that maybe they will be able to make it cheaper than the other vegan cheeses currently available.

Mmmmm I'm a fan of vegan cheese, my favourite at the moment is Tofutti's Cream Cheese....it is excellent! My mum liked it, and my boyfriend bought it and also loved it, and he's quite the cream cheese fan wink

Definitely recommend it....and you can use it in so many ways happy

minus the bone sugar , yes i was quite surprised at the tofutti . it was good . but i ate so much and felt real sick :/

I tried cheezly mozzarella, its good in stuff coz it melts well and i like it fresh but it is a bit like potatoey....some might say 'chalky'

Yea, I can't get myself to enjoy cheezly. I even tried it on pizza at vegie bar and it was edible, but i ended up picking it off to enjoy the pizza more haha tongue

I sooo wish I didn't discover Notzarella until another 2 months!! This wait is going to drive me crazy!! It looks very promisiing and I looove that they want to perfect the recipe. Hopefully that means it will taste a lot better than some of our other alternatives.

I am quite happy with white sauce as my cheese fix for things, but omg having 'cheese' at hand in the fridge to throw on some pasta quickly or to make pizza with .. sounds lovely. .. NACHOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't wait!!! ecstatic ecstatic ecstatic I'm surprised only 140ish people have liked the facebook page, would have thought it would be a hot topic amongst vegans haha
Although, since it isn't out yet, I wish i didn't know the page existed, I keep checking it.... just in case. *_*

Hey Guuuuuuuuuuuys.

Notzarella is just around the corner!!! They are selling some unofficially to raise the money to do it officially.

If you are in brisbane you can order it and pick it up. They are sorting out postage for other people still.

Exciting!!!

Check them out on fb for the details!
