i ordered Notzorella the other week, and i bought a whole lot of it (i guess to justify postage) and i find it quite nice!
For me, it didn't melt as much, but taste wise i think it's pretty damn good!
i think it will always be a little bit of a battle for vegan cheese to be as cheesy in taste and melting-ness as regular cheese, but if the taste is pretty close, then i'm happy!!!
It does melt! You just have to wait a while. It looks like it is going crunchy and not going to melt, but then after a while it does melt
It also tends to melt better if the layer of cheese is thick.

ahhh! i guess i *have* to make another pizza for dinner tonight..and a super thick layer of cheese?....oh what a shame!
haha to be honest, i probably didn't leave it in long enough actually, i was REALLY hungry!
so scratch my comment on it melting and i will (happily) try again and then let ya'll know how it goes
Oh they do gourmet pizza with eggplant too and anything can be made vegan...
they even leave pesto out apparently because 'it has 5% something arather in it..
just to say they actually look into things which is nice haha...
I was confused when the lady said 'oh we can do the blah we just leave out the blah and put peperoni on instead... I was - S * "that.... sounds..... eeerr.. nice?" but it was actually vegan peperoni she was talking about LOL_lol
I don't need a reason to eat junk food though.. I'd rather not fall into the trap of looking for vegan alternatives and settling on decadent treats hahah.
I've heard about that place, its in brighton isnt it? was it any good? I heard they do vegan sweets and pies too! I should really check it out
