Going vegetarian I lost 12kg in 3 months, now I am vegan and have lost another kg and going steady. I think you will sit at a reasonable weight, don't worry too much about losing too much weight.

Losing weight??!!?? I'm technically classed as morbidly obese. I should lose about 40-50kgs to be in my healthy weight range. I lost 8kgs when I became vegan... Then I discovered vegan junk food. Big mistake!! One day I'll get there but in the mean time I'm not letting it get to me. What does weight matter when you feel healthy and happy?

Why is it that you don't want to go under 67kgs? Breastfeeding? if you don't want to lose weight just add more calories to your diet like you would in third trimester of pregnancy. I only lost about 5 kg after a little while of becoming vegan and I have stayed on the 50kg mark (I am 5'7). Don't worry about the number... just think about how you feel. If you feel good, then .. be happy happy
