Take a zinc supplement, drink more water, change your pillowcase more often.

I had no skin changes when I switched... but I did get more mouth ulcers, which the zinc helped with.

I'm 26...It sucks huh!!! I still get break outs worse then a greasy teenage boy, and I drink a shit load of water and eat well. I put it down to hormones!

I hope it gets better for you!

I thought this too. But then when I really stop to have a think- my skin has always been bad. I think I always look for a new excuse or reason as to why haha

Try switching from soy milk to rice or oat milk. I had a friend who switched from dairy to soy, and her skin broke out! Once she stopped drinking it, her skin cleared up. it could be a reaction to the soy,  as I bet this has increased heaps in your diet.

Have you tried a good skin product. I'm 21 and I also have breakouts very often in my tzone (bloody hormones) , however my beautician uses dermalogica on me (not tested on animals) and I get a good facial every 3 weeks and slowly but surely it is getting better.

You need to be drinking more water!!!!

At the very least a litre a day! You can also drink herbal teas. Green tea is very cleansing and rosehip is supposed to be good for skin -you can buy tht as a teahappy
