Im 29  cry but feel i eat a pretty good diet - heaps of grains and veg...
I'm 26...It sucks huh!!! I still get break outs worse then a greasy teenage boy, and I drink a shit load of water and eat well. I put it down to hormones!
Same here. I'm 27 and still have a pizza face. My skin is my worst enemy. I had hoped going veg would help, but it didn't change.
sad

My skin has probably become slightly better since going vegan. I find it isn't as oily and congested now that I don't eat dairy.
I recently started using this scrub and it is working really well with my skin. It is vegan, not tested on animals, Australian made anddd it smells really good. It is a rough scrub so I wouldn't recommend people with very sensitive skin to use it. http://www.gaiaskinnaturals.com/GAIA-Skincare-Facial-Exfoliant/
Other than that I just try and drink plenty of water and limit my intake of very oily and sugary foods.

You should start buying the man version of this scrub, its the same but much cheaper for the amount that you get. You can get it in the men's toiletries in Coles. The men's shaving cream is also awesome. I like using the Gaia for men range, you know because I'm tough. haha

I've been vegan for 8 months, am eating better than EVER, drink loads of water, but I have Acne, it's so painful!!!! I'd been on the pill for it for the past three years but I figured I shouldn't put my own vanity before animal testing and didn't like the idea of altering my hormones....

so tempted to go bag, I look like a druggo and my face aches!!

I'm going to try cut out sugar and start drinking and applying loads of green tea.. i've heard it helps

If you have acne a scrub isn't really the thing to use. Try something gentle without abrasive bits like Thursday Plantation tea tree wash.

Have you tried monitoring your cycles? That's a nice hormone free way to go about it. happy

I'm going to say if you guys have tried a lot of things and still have moderate or severe acne that hurts ask your doctor about Differin (now I sound like an ad tongue) it's not the most convenient thing because it takes a few months to work, can dry out your skin a bit and sometimes gets worse before it gets better, but it's the only thing that's helped me, ever.
