My italian parsley is growing out of control and I need to cut it back. I dont want to throw it out though so any ideas or recipes for using a ton of parsley??

You can freeze parsley! It doesn't taste as nice as fresh but it still tastes good in pasta and other hot dishes.
You can use it as the green leaf part of a green juice or smoothy , perhaps with mango and ginger.

You could pin it up for any wild birds. Birds like parsley. And you could also just give it to your friends and family!

You could use it to make tabouli or get some vegan margarine and make parsley butter!
