This is why the hide option came in. So that if you see a thread that is not animal related, you can hide it. wink

I don't care how long someone has been a member. It's that they are here that counts. You don't want to read a lame thread, easy peasy japanesey, don't open it.

I am a new member. and vegan for only a few months... But I have been vegetarian since I was 5 or 6... That's 21yrs. Longer then some of these members have been alive, but I feel no need to be all like "well look at me...I'm all awesome and experienced and think I have a say over what people post"

I hate people who get all uppity on themselves. Don't like the post, don't read it. You can kinda tell, with the whole title and everything. If you want decent posts well how bout all the awesome people post awesome things to share with the not so awesome people.
yes because thats why i made this post "look at me" "look at me" "look at me" you may have only been here for a few months but I honoustly thought you were one of the best forum members on here, you always seem to say very educated, sensible and interesting thng.

but um anyway... tbh, this website was lame the instant I found it with that stupid counter up the top like 3 years ago or something.

shopping section needs to be more thorough.

but yeah.. information is all a vegan site needs... not.. trendyness...

I just want .. data which assists in survival...

no point saying you're vegan before you know you can actually be well

I can be rude sometimes. Usually only if I have a bad day and then someone says or does something that annoys me, OR if I am drunk and there are idiots about. But I also have a dry sense of human which sometimes can appear to be rudeness I am guessing. I say things I don't particularly mean, for example; "I would like to punch Bindi Irwin in the nose till it bleeds" But I don't mean that, I would never punch someone in the nose until it bleed, unless of course I was defending myself. So now unless Bindi Irwin came at me, I would never raise my hands to her. I am in fact just insinuating that I don't like her attitude very much and think she is an annoying little teeny bopper.

When I say, I hate uppity people, well I don't hate them (well yeah not gonna lie, I dislike some people who are uppity but they generally have to have a fair few other characteristics that I do not find pleasant to be around) , but I do not like it very much when people are uppity and think they are better then other people for the pure fact of well, no reason at all, I guess. I wasn't pointing fingers, naming names or saying I really hate people here. Because I don't, I think everyone here is wonderful for their own reasons and they are all double wonderful for being here to try and support animal welfare. I just want to feel free to say what pleases me (when I say me and I, I mean every member of the forum) when it pleases me in the forum thread and not be talked about behind hands. (or in other threads)

I would also like to add that "Mr K" a few comments above, is a very handsome man!
