I planned an awesome dinner but had some stubborn tofu, sticking to the pan.... mess! Fresh ginger, galangal, lime,and lemon tofu - still tasted awesome despite the tofu catastrophe.

Really good thanks. Mum came out of hospital, and the weather wasn't too bad, so I could take the dogs for walks without them freezing their butts off.
