. I was saying that there is more blame put on a stupid dog than there ever has been put on humans, particularly in that area where the media feels victims of crimes arent even worth reporting on when they are attacked by a "disadvantaged person"
While it was horrible I think the focus was on all the wrong areas. They barely talked about the dog owner at all.
One thing they should be saying is that if a dog owner is too layzy and stupid to get a job, then they shouldnt have dogs. Unfortunately I dont know if the owner was a welfare loser because the media wont say a word about him. But they did say he just stood there and watched the dog attack.
He just stood there? O.O
If Cargo was attacking someone i'd be freakinggggg out. People are so twisted.
On the news there was an update saying should owners of 'killer' dogs be put in jail for manslaughter..

I agree totally. I just like that it got some tv time, might have made people think about it a bit differently than just going straight to blaming the dog. Dogs don't JUST get like that, they're made like that- or treated in a way they have to defend themselves. People say "thats what theyre bread for" but it's not what they're born for, they arnt pups thinking "yay, im going to hurt heaps of people in my life time" .. they're just like a normal dog to me, who needs to be raised as any other dog would- maybe with more care, but i see them the same. Like people think rottweilers are dangerous dogs, and i did before i had one- but id never assume a dog was violent or vicious anymore, cos ive got a dog i origionally thought might be difficult

It wasnt a pitbull. It was a mastiff cross pit bull. Or it might not have been pit bull at all, maybe some staffy.
1. Is this your opinion or do you have inside information on the breed dont defend what you dont know.
BTW St Albans is a cesspool of welfare bludgers and criminals. I live near there and often there will be a rape or violent assault and the media wont even mention it. This dog didnt know right from wrong, yet the media reports it as if this is ALL the dogs fault.
Who is the owner? put his photo up, condemn him.
plus start reporting all the other crimes committed by the welfare losers from St Albans,

2. A 4 year old girl DIED it doesnt matter if her parents are welfare bludgers or criminals or Losers as you put it or are you saying that the social standing of a victim dictates whether we show horror of compassion If you truly are trying to justify what this dog did because of the suburb that it happened in then you are a D***Head
I don't think you actually understand what is going on…

Totally agree with you!
I don't think any dog is dangerous, they just have dangerous owners..
"These types of dogs have lost their right to exist in Victoria," Mr Walsh told reporters yesterday.
