Help to be Vegan

Really!? Wow i didn't even know!? I dont touch meat i haven't for 2 years, but i have on rare occasions had an egg mixed in with things, free range ones, but i had no idea, thanks for telling me Eggs are off my agenda now

I've given up milk now, im on rice milk, its not too bad but ill get used to it, what other milks are good with tea?
