AGW is an absolute scam and provably so. The fact that the sun (you know... the main driver in global weather patterns) does not even rate a mention in this whole absurd 'climate change' dogma shows how disingenuous it is. Just like people buy the myth that we need animal protein and animal derivatives to survive, so people will buy the myth that AGW is real, veg*ans included.
The fact that there has been substantially higher mean global temperatures in KNOWN history than today seems not to register with most. The fact that global mean temperatures have been on the decline for more than a decade seems irrelevant. The fact that temperatures got cooler during the great industrial revolution after the second world war, so much so that in the 70's they were fearful of a coming ice age, obviously does not matter.
This 'carbon tax' is an absolute joke. AGW is a politically created and driven agenda and has absolutely nothing to do with real science. In fact, tens of thousands of scientist and climatologists wholeheartedly disagree with the conclusions drawn by politically funded and directed 'Science' groups. I thought that, after the 'climategate' scandal, everyone would see it for the scam it was. Fortunately, most did, though too many it seems did not.
People who think that the people are NOT the ones who will be paying through the teeth for this 'tax on industry' are sadly mistaken. Do you honestly believe industries will take a hit to their bottom lines without ensuring those imparted costs are then passed onto the consumers? Really? It will be business as usual, or should I say profits as usual? Surely people can see that this is a entirely politically driven agenda simply by the fact that this tax will not even affect the animal agriculture industry - one of the biggest carbon emissions industry on the planet.
They are taking the people for saps and it seems everyone is only too happy to play along - Hook. Line. Sinker.
