We're going boating so I want to organise snacks and lunch to take out on the boat. So need a few simple foods that would be good for that..

So far I'm going to do little salad sandwhiches and vegechips.

Going to google for some more ideas but thought it might be fun so see what other people might do happy

peanut butter and celery is always a hit

You could bake some blueberry muffins or some cookies as well

Coleslaw or even a pasta salad would go well too!

Pasta salad would be awesome happy

Was thinking of doing a couscous salad and an apple cake slice to take!

Might sneak aboard from sweet williams chocolate incase a chocolate hit is needed ecstatic

Apples, cubed or cut into sticks... With peanut butter! Also, strawberries!

FOOD WRAPS!
I'm thinking along the lines of tortillas/burrito wraps, salad wraps, sushi wraps .. cuts down on having to contain dishes separately and the use of plates and utensils, and you can just 'hold' your food plus they're surprisingly filing too happy of course, depending on how many/large you may decide to make.
