Fruit smoothie: 1 banana, 1 mango and a whole lot of ice. I love this combination, even the dogs like it on a hot day
Green smoothie: Spinach, avocado, banana, agave nectar, and some water and ice to thin it down.
Choc-banana-strawberry: 1 banana, a few strawberries, soy milk (or any dairy free milk), 2 scoops of soy ice cream and some cottees thick and rich flavouring.
Lemon crush (An imitation of one of the crushes from Boost): A few scoops of lemon sorbet, juice of one lemon, juice of one orange and lots of ice!!!
Really with smoothies the options are endless

I generally just use whatever fruit/veg I have on hand.
