Does anyone have any yummy smoothie ideas?
I'm trying to use almond or oat milk instead of soy fyi, but im totally having a blast with my blender but at a loss for ideas...
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

If you are interested in the 'food combining' principles, then avoid this recipe! Otherwise, it is quite tasty

Makes 1.5L~ (guess!)
1/2 cup blue berries.
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup raspberries or strawberries (loving the berries!)
1-2 Tblspn ground flaxseed**
2 tblspn Hibiscus Tea
1-2 cups "motherless milk" or even almonds soaked over night drained + 1-2 cups water.
Delicious and nutritious!
** Flaxseeds are best ground lest they pass through the system without the omega-3 being of benefit!
IF you want to start making your nut milk soak any nuts you want over night (cashews are a little faster from experience) in water, drain in the morning.
Add to blender with fresh water (for a creamy consistency add less, or a milder flavor add more!).
Strain almond pulp, and there you have, almond milk made of activated almonds, nutritious and delicious. Will keep for 3-4 days in a jar (capped), be sure to add vanilla or cinnamon afterwards!
