This is not a specifically veg question but I'm sure that many of you are aware of the suffering of humans in sweat shops and choose to shop fair trade yourself.
I know that supermarkets often stock fair trade coffee, chocolate etc. but I'm after clothes, accessories, bags etc. - there are some great online shops but it's nice to see the items/try them before buying. I live in Victor Harbor but travel to town to visit so anywhere between Fleurieu Peninsula and Adelaide would suit. Can anyone help me out? TIA. happy

Here is a website which lists nationwide companies which make some ethical clothing wear:

Other than that I like to buy my clothes second-hand on eBay, from op shops and I also like to buy from small Australian designers which make their clothes locally.

Oxfam has stores around the places, I won't suggest the one i'm thinking of because, lol i'm not having you travel for overpriced nicknacks. Maybe they have an online store I shall check.

I bought a nice lil journal, made of mulberry paper, purple with a tree and little tactile owl.

Good luck!
