ok, so here is my update on making my "homemade vegan chjocolate" . It's SUPER rich, you only need 1 piece.
Also, I followed the recipe to the letter and annoyingly the chocolate didn't set!!!!! i froze it to get it out of my silicon choc moulds. i don't know how I'd even go about getting it out opf myu "tyraditional" non-silicon choc moulds
I'm really very disappointed in my choc making attempt as I am an adept "at home pastry chef".
I'm going to give it anothjer whirl buit I'll have to figure out how to tweak it so the choc sets hard.

I guess, as with most things, it's a case of trial and error.
I made an eggplant and potato curry for the first time the other night and it turned out like crap. Then I tried it again using a slightly different recipe, and it was fanbloodytastic (so much so that I'm making it again tonight, he he).
Keep at it.
I made these the other night. They were so good!
They were a little bit too rich to my liking, so next time I will just coat them in chocolate sprinkles instead of dark chocolate
Yep, they're super rich. I prefer them rolled in coconut, but the dark choc coating is brilliant if you like the amalgamation of sweetness and bitterness (and if you struggle to stop at one when they're NOT coated in dark chocky... LOL)
