Hi, so I recently went vegetarian, and am also cutting down and mostly avoiding products with egg and milk. However: while I can't make my family all make this lifestyle change as well, I have however convinced them to be more considerate in regards to their groceries.
With eggs, I've heard that most of the brands that claim 'free-range' aren't exactly respectable or respective companies at all, and in fact still often keep their animals in not so great conditions. So in saying that, if my family are going to buy eggs, would the best eggs available and most cruelty-free eggs be eggs that are Australian Certified Organic and FREPAA? I am always very sceptical of businesses and such, and I'm just wondering if the standards of ACO and FREPAA are reliable and dependable.... I'm not that well educated (yet), but I want to try my best to encourage the best possible product selection for my family. Thanks to anyone who can shed some light.
