i guess if its someone you know who is making the honey then it is okay if you eat it cos you know whether the bees are being treated nicely or not.
for example, if i were to go vegan, i would still eat the eggs that my pet chickens lay because i know that they've got a really nice cruelty-free life and i take care of them really well. (that depends on whether you think eggs are actually meat)
i dont think theres any problem with the eggs but honey is a bees food.
eating eggs is cruel bcoz of what chickens go thru to produce the eggs humans eat.
a chickens eggs dont belong to us, they are not ours to eat.
also they are not healthy anyway.
