There's a show on Prime 7 in Vic at the moment called McDonalds gets grilled. No joke it just showed beef cattle saying they are always handled humanely and an Inghams chicken farm where the chooks were clearly over weight and can't walk properly and the 'investigator' says something like 'oh I had no idea how good they have it!!'. WTF!!

Ughh so glad i didnt watch it. I was thinking of watching it when it came on, and then it said something about how mcdonalds actually funded the program and switched off. As you said, its just a massive ad. If it had been funded by a different company that had nothing to do with mcdonalds, that might have been interesting,

So tell me though, since they are acting like they use 'humane' meat and animal products, are they also saying mcdonalds is actually nutritious?

I totally missed that bit... Huh would have switched off. I thought when I started watching it might actually contain useful and accurate information!!

The show hasn't yet said that they sell nutritious food, but they certainly sway that way with 'all beef patties' and 'only slightly more sugar in our buns' bullshit bullshit... Ugh!

I thought I read somewhere that yes Maccas funded it but they didn't do it as such... some doco group actually filmed it on behalf of Maccas. Either or I think it'll be full of crap.

(in WA it hasn't aired yet, and I won't be watching it either)

What a load of horse shit! It just finished. I'm sure the 'investigators' all feel so much more comforted and enlightened by the fact that McDonalds isn't as bad as they thought it was! Perhaps they should have showed how humanely they cattle get slaughtered. And the chooks, when they don't actually get decapated properly so suffer for hours on end before they die. Ugh, so mad.. Can't think straight.. Hate Maccas.

BAHHAHA I saw the promo for that Ad...

and was all like "yeah that's one way to blow alot of money.." (essentially)
they should of stuck it in ronald's house fund...

then my Mum of all people said "they have salads and raps now,
you should go there before making conclusions" (basically but more annoying)

and I chuffed

"Yeah?? salads?... I can buy a lettuce at the super market...
which happens to be about 97% water along with cucumber"

Add something like Lettuce in a plastic container to your menu...
and by the workings of averages alone you become healthy over night...

haha just don't discount your outliers... and draw a line through the middle.

You could just smell the American idiosyncrasies....
the way they accentuate like feeding a baby, gives it all away.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is a biased program run by McDonalds partnering companies - common marketing ploy's again by the behemoth animal killer.
