cheezly can be expensive, but its great if you need it for say pizza or a if you want to make a parmigiana with fry's vege schnitzels.
if your making a pizza, try using hommus instead of the cheese. it tastes amazing. what i do is i put toffuti cream cheese (its deadly, but trust me it tastes amazing) and tomato paste on the base, build it up with whatever you want, then put hommus in a sauce bottle and pour it on. great alternative to cheese and its cheaper. vegans choice sells it here in sydney for around $8.50 for around 500g im pretty sure. or else you can buy the 1kg blocks for around $25. best thing about it is that its great to freeze. i normally grate it up then use it as i please
