I am very big supporter for a lot of minority groups, the ones that I advocate for the most are animal welfare/veganism, deaf community, people with disabilities and the lgbtiq community.

Do you believe as a minority group we should be supporting these other minority groups?
What other minority groups do you support?

I'm an avid supporter of Animal welfare, the GLBT community, childrens welfare etc. Pretty much anything that makes the world a better place to live in really.

I don't support Westboro Baptist Church. They're about as minor as you can get.

Well, I don't think there are any shoulds. We let our conscience lead us. However I do think being vegan lends itself to us opening our eyes in other ways and in general becoming more compassionate.

I think it's also important not to always automatically assume minority=oppressed.

And as a member of another minority myself (I'm gay) I can't say I ever really think of it in relation to my veganism. *shrug*

Why join, when you can lead. Perfect opportunity is the absence of what you seek.
