Another thing which is a major problem at HJ is that many of the staff members on Front Counter and Drive through are often not aware that the Veggie burger is not vegetarian. I have often heard customers ask if the burger is vegetarian and 80% of the time they will say it is.
Wow. You're gret gg01, thanks for taking the time to voice honestly the conditions of your work place. HJ doesn't deserve such employable skills they under utilize completely, by running an unethical business. Leeching ethical people of their time and energy. Essentially getting nobody anywhere as the money just dissipates into an increasingly unhealthy society.

At the end of the day, the difference between running an ethical business and an unethical one is you are more likely to enjoy what world is made from a business you enjoy running and sharing with people. Because... bad input has negative outcomes.

Derp.

Anyway, appreciate the insight and you really are a gem.
Also a very professional way you approached this and didn't implement or blame anyone. Simply made the information available which companies fail to do, as this would make themselves liable, as you say for making profit from misconceptions. (which is what politics is based on so it can hardly be declared illegal hahaha! I mean.. THAT IS POLITICS, empty promises and false well.. just rhetoric.)

As a previous worker at Hungry Jacks i know for certain that the veggie patty its self does in fact contain animal rennet. I was horrified when i found out because i had eaten it because every single worker i asked (even in other towns) had told me it was vegetarian. Totally misleading!

Aww, I'm not allowed to Eat Hungry Jacks like everyone else :     "  <

It would be nice if the companies themselves will disclose the contents of their mystery meals. But I guess it is a secret wink wink
