I came on to let you know my friend is seeking housemates.
Frazer runs Laughter (meditation/exercise) sessions at the reading room Monday nights.
He is one of the loveliest people and so lively and full of fun-times.

Such an easy going guy and his quirks are all friendly ones, he isn't difficult to be around at all and his lifestyle really should suit most of you. Loves yoga, music and does lots of mental training sessions, like the laughter groups and holds Vegan dinner nights. Welcoming to everyone and very sociable. I imagine it would be a really nice place to live.

We are in Eden Hills, Adelaide, South Australia. The property backs on to a Sturt Gorge Recreation Park, Blackwood Reserve, and Mountbatten Reserve so we are surrounded by nature reserves as far as the eye can see, and is a short walk from Wittunga Botanic Garden, and Flinders University, to shops, and 25 minutes train/drive to the city center, or a 45 minute ride.
We have a lush garden & beautiful views from all rooms, and an immaculate view from the main living area.

Both include electricity, broadband internet, and water. This price is for 1 person, but we can negotiate if there is more than one of you.
Both are partly furnished. I'll get furniture if you need it.
Also, we could trade work for rent if you have skills in multimedia/audio/video production, event management, PR, marketing, computer programming / web design, building, gardening.
